I. Introduction

The following Terms of Service supplement (are in addition to) the TinkerHost General Terms of Service located at https://tinkerhost.net/legal/terms.

This document outlines the additional terms you agree to when creating a TinkerHost Payments account. If you do not agree to the terms in this document in their entirety, do not create a TinkerHost Payments account.

II. Definitions

The following Terms apply when you view, access, or utilize our website or services located under the tinkerhost.net domain (Including all subdomains), hereby referred to as the “Service”. Our website and its contents will hereby be referred to as the “Site”. TinkerHost shall hereby be referred to as “We”, “Us”, or the “Company”.

III. Privacy Policy

By creating a Service account and accessing the TinkerMail Platform, you agree to our privacy policy located at https://tinkerhost.net/legal/privacy-policy, Stripe's Privacy Policy located at https://stripe.com/privacy, and the AWS Privacy Policy located at https://aws.amazon.com/privacy/.

IV. About The Service

TinkerHost Payments allow you (the “User”) to access additional features and services provided by the Company. Creating a TinkerHost Payments account does not guarantee access to any Company Service.

TinkerHost Payments allows Users to complete one time payment charges, recurring payment charges (Multiple charges spanning a period of time), and the ability to save a payment card for future checkout. TinkerHost Payments partners with Stripe for PII compliance and card processing, by creating a TinkerHost Payments account, you agree to Stripe's Privacy Policy (Located at https://stripe.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (Located at https://stripe.com/legal/ssa).

V. Registration and User Conduct

When creating a TinkerHost Payments account and sharing your legal name and billing address, you agree that the information you share is accurate, and you agree to update your billing profile should any of the information you provided change.

Your TinkerHost Payment account is private, and belongs only to you. Do not share your Payment account with others, even if you trust them. Inform us if you believe someone else has accessed your account. We recommend you configure two-factor authentication in your account settings, and use a strong hard-to-guess password. You are responsible for your account, TinkerHost will not be liable in any way for actions taken on your account, including but not limited to fraudulent charges and invalid or incorrect data.

VI. Usage Restrictions

You agree to use your TinkerHost Payments legally, and in good faith. Don’t publish charges to your TinkerHost Payment account that you don’t have funds for. By starting a recurring payment (See “Recurring Payments” below), you acknowledge that the source account has sufficient funds to cover recurring costs.

Failure to abide by the terms in this document may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your TinkerHost Payment account, and potentially your base Service account as well.

The Service may additionally suspend, permanently or temporarily, and with or without prior notice your TinkerHost Payments account for any reason. The Service is not obligated to share the suspension reason with you, and may allow outstanding funds in your Account Funds Balance to be refunded in accordance with the return policy located at https://tinkerhost.net/legal/return-policy.

VII. Account Funds

Your TinkerHost Payment account comes with a free Account Funds Balance option. Account Funds allow you to store funds on your Service account for use with any TinkerHost Service. Account Funds never expire, and we will never charge maintenance fees to your account.

TinkerHost is not a bank, and funds added to your account are not FDIC or SIPC insured. TinkerHost makes no promise nor guarantee that funds will be accessible after an event that disrupts TinkerHost Payments. However, Service logs and records will be used in the event of a disruption to restore balances to their previous state, to the best of our ability.

Your TinkerHost Account Funds wallet can be funded as long as you hold an active TinkerHost Payments Account with no restrictions. You may fund your account through a cryptocurrency transaction (See “Cryptocurrency Transactions” below), or through a credit or debit card. TinkerHost Payments also accepts Apple and Google pay on compatible devices (See “Mobile Wallet Transactions” below.

Once your TinkerHost account has been funded, you may withdraw funds from your Payment Balance at any time, provided you have an active TinkerHost Payment account without active restrictions. VIII. One Time Payments

TinkerHost Payments allows Users to create One Time Payments on the Service, to activate additional services such as TinkerHost Domains and TinkerHost+ (Lifetime). One Time Payments are optional, and require explicit consent before a charge is created.

Once a charge is created, One Time Payments can only be refunded in accordance with our return policy, found online at https://tinkerhost.net/legal/return-policy. Don’t create a chargeback or contest payments with your bank, contact us at support[@]tinkerhost.net if you believe there is an error in your charge. Creating chargebacks with your issuing bank may lead to a suspension of your TinkerHost Payments account.

IX. Recurring Payments

TinkerHost Payments offers Recurring Payments to activate additional services such as TinkerMail and TinkerHost Pro Hosting. Recurring Payments are opt-in, and are never started automatically without user consent.

Recurring Payments are a series of One Time Payment charges set to schedule. Recurring Payment charges can be created, cancelled, and modified in the Subscriptions Dashboard, or by creating or removing additional services in the client area located at https://app.tinkerhost.net/.

X. Saved Payment Cards

Adding a saved payment card to your TinkerHost Payments account allows TinkerHost to charge your card for One Time and Recurring Payment charges. By adding a card to your payment account, you consent to TinkerHost and our payment partner to charge your card for One Time and Recurring Payments when you request or configure them. TinkerHost and our payment partner do not charge fees for adding, removing, or replacing a Saved Payment Card on your Payment Account.

XI. Cryptocurrency Transactions

TinkerHost accepts cryptocurrency as a payment method for almost all transactions. You are responsible for network transaction fees, and sending the correct amount to the address provided to you. TinkerHost is not responsible for excess funds, or funds sent to the wrong address. Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reverted, make sure you understand the risks before paying with a cryptocurrency.

TinkerHost is not a bank or financial institution and does not provide financial advice. The Company may choose to prevent cryptocurrency transactions (Including refunds) at any time for any reason. If a cryptocurrency transaction is rejected, the Company will provide an alternate payment or refund method.

Cryptocurrency transactions are manually approved by the TinkerHost team to meet our security standards. To complete a transaction using cryptocurrency, select the crypto option from the payment selector and reply to the automated email from the system. For your safety, make sure the amount in the email matches the transaction total before continuing. Reply to the automated message with your preferred cryptocurrency coin and wait for manual approval. After your request is approved, you’ll receive a response from the Service with additional information to complete your transaction.

XII. Mobile Wallet Transactions

The Service may offer mobile payment options though a 3rd party payment provider. In the event that a mobile wallet payment option is available, you agree to mobile wallet providers terms of service. Mobile wallet providers may send information, including but not limited to your payment card information to TinkerHost and a 3rd party payment provider, which will be stored and handled according to our privacy policy located at https://tinkerhost.net/legal/privacy-policy.
